Heid Music is looking for a full-time Repair Technician to join our team in Madison, WI. We select team members who take pride in their work and embrace our concept of providing "Bravo" customer service and pursuing our passion for making music.

The Repair Technician will be performing high quality repairs and maintenance on band instruments (entry to professional level) for rental inventory, school accounts, and walk in customers. Additional responsibilities include preparing instruments for repair, utilizing Point of Sale (POS) for repair, inventory, and customer information, and accurately completing all repair paperwork including repair tickets and shop logs. This position will also support working partnerships with area schools and Directors.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited instrument repair program along with having a minimum of three years of repair experience on band instruments.
